HOW IT WORKS

The program runs for 52 weeks. 

Dr. Robyne and Dr. Greg share research-informed tactical strategies for moving theory into committed action and address the barriers and facilitators for real change. Big ideas with real-world applications are cultivated with participants so they can build capacity and follow through. By learning the ‘what, so what, and now what’ approach, participants will be positioned to implement stress and recovery systems built on the foundation of self-stewardship and high performance. And, by doing so, enhance personal and professional effectiveness and capacity for navigating whatever comes their way. 

Each week, for 52 weeks, members will receive an email notifying them that a new module (Knowledge Pack) is available within the learning system. Members will have a living repository of ‘at your fingertips’ tools and supports that provide the foundational insights and basic concepts needed to take their personal and professional wellness and performance to the next level. 

Your membership includes access to the online SUMMIT 52 Community and discussion forum, allowing you to connect with others worldwide, while learning alongside and being coached by Dr. Robyne and Dr. Greg. You will also have access to monthly live ‘Ask Us Anything’ events, hosted virtually. 

With the community as allies and supports, everyone will learn the 52 high-performance themes and self-select their own calls to action that ultimately make wellness sustainable and truly transformative.

  • Who is this program for?

    SUMMIT 52 is for anyone looking for a community with like-minded individuals who are committed to real and lasting wellness in every facet of their lives. Many of us have tried to walk these paths alone with mixed results or temporary gains, yet for ultimate wellness we need community. Through the power of discovery, growth, and learning, with the bonus of collaboration, accountability, and elite coaching, together we will level up our lives. People starting at any level, from any industry, are welcome! Rookies to experts – there is a place for you here.

  • How long is the program?

    SUMMIT 52 is a yearlong (52-week) program.

  • When does this program start?

    You can join our program any time!

  • What is the time commitment?

    We understand that everyone has unique needs, goals, and lifestyles. For this reason, participants have autonomy to choose how they interact and engage with the program. Some participants may choose to take as little as five minutes each week to explore the ‘at-a-glance' insights and strategies, while others may spend an hour interacting with the available materials and completing the reflections and exercises.

  • Can I complete the program at my own pace?

    A new module (Knowledge Pack) is released every week for 52 weeks, starting from your enrollment date. You will receive an email when each one is available. However, you can complete the program at any pace that works for you and your lifestyle. The material remains available to you.

  • How long do I have access to the materials?

    You have lifetime access to the materials within SUMMIT 52. We believe that wellness is a lifelong journey and encourage participants to revisit big ideas and use the resources provided as they need.

  • Is a workbook included?

    When you enroll in the program, you will receive access to a full colour and printer-friendly digital workbook and worksheets. At checkout, you have the option to purchase a physical paper copy workbook to serve as a companion to the program. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
